Registration information and fees:
Registration deadline is close of business on Friday, September 19, 2008.
Member fee: $550.00 ($500 if payment accompanies registration)
Non-Member fee: $750 ($700 if payment accompanies registration)

All payments for exhibitor space must be received on or before the event date.
Non-members who join the Chamber when registering for the job fair are charged the member rate. To join please complete the membership form on the back of the downloadable registration form to the right and fax or mail it to us. Members are entitled to discount rates at all Chamber events including other job fairs. If you wish to register as an exhibitor or sponsor online, please use the form below.

Suburban Chamber of Commerce has been conducting job fairs since 2004. Because of the increasing specialization of the work force the Chamber will now conduct specialized job fairs to maximize exhibitor and attendee benefit. See the reverse side to learn more about our plans
The Health and Life Science Job Fair will be advertised in local and regional newspapers, at SEPTA transit stops and stations, at a dedicated search engine optimized website, and through an extensive publicity campaign including professional societies, educational institutions, publications, and broadcast news outlets.
All exhibitors will receive:
o Unopposed exhibition time – no other distracting or competitive activities at the site
o 1 six foot skirted table and two chairs. Electricity is available on request at additional cost.
o 2 passes for buffet lunch
o Exhibitor listing in the event handout
o Listing at Suburban Chamber Website until July 2009
o Free classified ads on Suburban Chamber Website Job Board until July 2009
o Guaranteed same price at the 2009 Health & Life Science Job Fair.
Please note the table placement on the floor is assigned on a first come first serve basis with Sponsors being assigned first. The earlier you register the better position you will have.
Sponsorship Opportunity:
$2000 Job Fair Sponsor receives all exhibitor benefits above, plus:
o 1 additional adjoining table and chairs at the Job Fair and 2 additional lunch passes
o One year membership in Suburban Chamber of Commerce
o Full page B&W advertisement in the event handout
o Sponsor listing at Suburban Chamber Website Job Board until July 2009
o Listing on event signage behind attendee registration desk and in the exhibit hall
